This website is intended for people looking do get a solid workout in at home everyday. The workouts are relatively short but very intense. Every day there is a new workout, focused on different muscles in the body. Those looking to lose weight, gain weight, or just tone your body, this is a great work out for you. I hope anyone looking to feel better about their bodies and lives will greatly consider getting into these habits of just doing a little bit every day.
Food of the Day
I believe that the only way to a healthy life is through proper nutrition and understanding of the foods you are allowing into your body. Our bodies are specially designed to adapt to almost any given situation with which it is presented. With that said I grew up in a home where I could basically eat whatever I could find. Nutrition wasn't really ever an issue or something that was discussed. As I have grown older I have gained a huge desire to learn more about eating healthy and being happy everyday because of the healthy food choices I am making. Food has such an enormous impact in our lives and I will always encourage healthy eating. I am not a very big fan of diets and weight loss programs, because I have heard so many stories of people becoming addicted to them or even just getting sick from one simple diet. I believe healthy living needs to be a lifelong goal and process. For me I am still making transitions from sugary, non-healthy foods. It is not an easy process, but one that can change you forever. I stand by that statement because as we give our bodies nutrients to help fight off bacteria and diseases, we will live a happier healthier life. We really are what we eat, and that goes for the bad and the good. I hope you can gain as much respect for healthy eating as I have by deciding to take itn step by step and making small changes over time. I will NEVER encourage not eating or binging after eating.
